Delete your Vibedoo account

You can delete your Vibedoo account in the app or ask us to do it by e-mail.

In the app (instantly)

Open Vibedoo and go to the Profile tab.
At the bottom of your profile, tap Settings.
At the bottom, choose Delete account and confirm.

Without the app (by e-mail)

Write to contact@vibedoo.com with the subject “Delete my account” and give the phone number you sign in to Vibedoo with (if you sign in with Google: write from that account's address). So that nobody can delete someone else's account, we'll ask you to confirm with a code we send by SMS to that number. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

What we delete

your account and sign-in details, including your phone number,
your profile: name, date of birth, bio, city, interests, values, “At a glance” details, gender and preferences,
all your photos,
your location, likes, matches and all messages,
notification tokens,
the dates you accepted the Terms and gave your consents.

Deleting in the app happens immediately and can't be undone. The data also leaves our database backups within 7 days.

What we keep, and for how long

Reports about you or sent by you, with the attached copy of the profile and chat: 3 years from the report. We need them in case of a dispute, an appeal or proceedings by authorities (Digital Services Act).
App error reports (no profile content or messages): up to 90 days.
