Child safety standards
Vibedoo is a dating app for adults only. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for any content that depicts or promotes it.
Vibedoo is run by Dev IT Adam Woźny, ul. Zwardońska 30A, 43-316 Bielsko-Biała, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 9372601350. These standards complement our Terms and Privacy Policy.
What we prohibit
- use of Vibedoo by anyone under 18,
- child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including AI-generated images and content,
- grooming, contacting minors for sexual purposes, child trafficking and any sexualisation of minors,
- asking for, sharing, linking to or arranging to exchange such content.
How we prevent it
- Adults only. Signing up requires a date of birth. Nobody under 18 can create an account.
- Automatic content checks. Every photo is checked before it's published, and sexual photos are refused. Profile voice intros are transcribed and checked. The chat filter blocks links and contact details.
- Reports reviewed by a person. Every report goes to a moderator who makes the decision. Reports about minors are handled first.
How to report
In the app
- Tap "…" on a profile card, in a chat or on a match's profile.
- Choose Report and a reason, e.g. "Under 18" or "Inappropriate photos".
A report includes a copy of the profile and the conversation, so the moderator can see what it's about even if the reported person deletes it.
By e-mail
Write to contact@vibedoo.com with the subject "Child safety". You don't need a Vibedoo account.
If a child is in immediate danger, call 112. Illegal content involving children can also be reported to Dyżurnet.pl (NASK, Poland's hotline).
What we do after a report
- We remove the content and permanently ban the account of anyone who shared it or tried to contact a child. Accounts of minors are deleted.
- We report child sexual abuse material and other crimes against children to the Police and Dyżurnet.pl, and to other competent authorities where needed. We preserve evidence for proceedings, as the law requires.
- We cooperate with law enforcement and respond to their requests in line with applicable law.
Legal compliance
We comply with child protection laws in Poland and the European Union, including criminal law on the sexual abuse of minors and the Digital Services Act (DSA).
